While the House was away on summer vacation, the Senate was busy. The late Sen. Lindsey Graham was remembered with a congressional tribute in the Rotunda. Maine Democrats found a new Senate candidate. Dr. Anthony Fauci pleaded the Fifth. And acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s nomination to be attorney general hit a snag.
