Caution tape surrounds an area near Alexander Calder’s “Mountains and Clouds” sculpture in the Hart Senate Office Building on Tuesday. Reinstallation of the hanging clouds portion of the iconic sculpture, to be hung in the atrium, is expected to be done during the August recess.

[It could be a very cloudy month in the Hart atrium]
