It appears Internet thieves don’t abide by the Congressional recess schedule. So learned Jane Campbell, chief of staff for Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), when she awoke to discover that her personal Yahoo account had been compromised and her entire contact list poached. “My personal email has been hacked. I am totally fine and in DC, not in the Philippines being robbed. Do not send money,” Campbell warned family, friends and various professional acquaintances via her still-secure Senate email.
