If Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) has her way, the lights will likely be going out for good in the faux solar retreats known as tanning salons. DeLauro is pressuring the Food and Drug Administration to clamp down on fake-and-baking, firing off a strongly worded reminder Friday demanding that federal regulators finally move on safeguards proposed by anti-cancer advocates back in 2010.
