The Senate appeared on a glide path toward passing a $95.3 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan after months of stalemate over efforts to better secure the U.S. southern border. CQ Roll Call’s David Lerman and Peter Cohn assess the prospects for the long-stalled aid package and the obstacles that still lie ahead.
