President Joe Biden took his pitch for enhanced infrastructure and social safety net spending to Howell, Mich., this week, accompanied by the town’s congresswoman, Democrat Elissa Slotkin.

CQ Roll Call senior writer Paul M. Krawzak also went to Howell, located in exurban Detroit, and spoke to people about how they felt about the president, his positions, and politics more broadly. He joins us on this episode of the Political Theater podcast.
