Judge Finds Probable Cause for Man Arrested Friday With Loaded Shotgun

District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Carroll Wingo ruled today there is probable cause for the felony charge against Michael Gorbey, the man accused of carrying a loaded shotgun and an array of other weapons near the Capitol on Friday. Gorbey was arrested after a Capitol Police officer spotted him walking in the 300 block of 1st Street Northeast around 1 p.m. Wingo also ruled that Gorbey, 38, continue to be held without bond.
