Colorado: Markey Touts Support From Local Republicans

Former Senate aide Betsy Markey (D), running a strong challenge against Rep. Marilyn Musgrave (R) in the 4th district, has lined up the support of some prominent Republicans, the Rocky Mountain News reports.

Now backing Markey in her bid to flip the solidly conservative northern Colorado 4th district are former Rep. Jim Johnson (Colo.), former state Rep. Jim Kaufman and former Greeley Mayor Tom Selders, among others
