Colorado Republican Ryan Frazier recently formed an “exploratory” committee for the Senate seat of Democrat Michael Bennet — and the next few days have Frazier exploring for support throughout the state and also in the nation’s capital.

Frazier, a city councilman in Aurora, located just east of Denver, told CQ Politics Tuesday that he is traveling on Thursday to Colorado’s Western Slope and next week to Washington, D.C.

Frazier last month made campaign stops on the Western Slope, announcing his exploratory committee in Grand Junction.
