After initially rejecting an iPhone app that portrayed every Member of Congress as an animated bobblehead, Apple has done an about-face and made the program available.[IMGCAP(1)]The company initially refused to sell the app in its store, claiming the app violated its rules on defamatory content, but Apple rethought that decision this weekend. At least one Member of Congress doesn’t take offense at being portrayed as a big-headed goofy cartoon. Rep.
