Add Molinari to List of Possible Gillibrand Foes

New York Republicans’ strategy for finding a candidate to take on Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) seems seems to be to throw a bunch of names up and see what sticks.

The latest to emerge: former Rep. Susan Molinari (R-N.Y.)

Molinari told the Staten Island Advance Thursday that she has been encouraged to consider the race by her father, former Congressman and Borough President Guy Molinari and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and said she would decide on the race “sooner rather than later.”
