Cutting Room Floor: A Reparation

[IMGCAP(1)]Warrant Officer Phillip O’Donnell, a Stafford, Va., resident and Vietnam War veteran who served in the Marine Corps and the Army, receives the Bronze Star Medal in an emotional ceremony. The medal was presented by Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.), a Vietnam veteran.
