Steele Joins GOP Caucus Lunch

Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele joined Senate Republicans on Tuesday at their weekly caucus lunch, but he was not expected to address the group.

A GOP Senate aide said Steele, as RNC chairman, has a standing invitation to attend the Senate Republicans’ weekly lunch. Steele was described by the GOP aide as “rarely” utilizing this invitation.
