Heard on the Hill: Stars of the Easter Egg Roll

She has performed for Oprah and Ellen, but this afternoon Willow Smith will whip her hair back and forth all the way to the White House.

The 10-year-old singer is slated to perform at the White House Easter Egg Roll. Her parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, will also attend.

Talk-show host Kelly Ripa, actors Geena Davis and John Lithgow, singer Colbie Caillat and YouTube sensation Greyson Chance will fill out the celebrity roster, along with a handful of “Sesame Street” muppets. Olympic athletes Kristi Yamaguchi and Tyson Gay will also attend.

In addition to several music performances and the traditional egg roll, the event will feature a dance party, an obstacle course, basketball, tennis, yoga and celebrity storytelling.

White House chefs and celebrity guest chefs Jacques Pépin, Art Smith, Marcela Valladolid and Carla Hall will discuss healthy eating habits.

They might be eating healthily, but there’s no word yet on how many calories those kids will burn — and how many dyed eggs will break — when they’re all whipping their hair.
