New Lobbying Registrations

Old Town Creek Consulting (TN) has registered to lobby for Esterline Communication Systems and Palomar Products Inc. (CA), a company that provides Dept. of Defense sensor technology. Elizabeth Phillips, formerly on the staff of the House Committee on Appropriations, will lobby on the Fiscal Year 2013 Continuing Resolution (H.J. Res 117); Fiscal Year 2014 Department of Defense budget request; and Fiscal Year 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 4310).

Cove Strategies (VA) has registered to lobby for the Motion Picture Assn. of America (DC), the trade association for the major film studios. Republicans Matthew Schlapp (former chief of staff to Rep. Todd Tiahrt), Frank Sadler (formerly with Sen. George Allen), and Stephen Replogle (former legislative Affairs Advisor, Dept. of Commerce) will lobby on issues relating to copyright law.

Chesapeake Enterprises (DC) registered to lobby for US Airways Inc. Scott Reed will lobby on House and Senate hearings and merger actvities.
