Bostic in SC-01 Puts In $100,000

Curtis Bostic (R), an attorney at the Bostic Law Firm, who is running in the South Carolina 1st District Special Primary on March 19th,reported he had loaned $100,000 to his campaign on 1/14. The committee had receipts of $187,273 and disbursements of $130,248, leaving $57,024 cash on hand and $100,000 in debts owed as of 2/27. The committee also received $45,000 from six members of of the Kinzer family in Kentucky. Each gave three contributions of $2,500 each, all on 2/11. J. Willard Kinzer is the owner of Kinzer Drilling Company in Allen, KY. Disbursements included $31,863 for a TV ad purchase; $10,178 for a mailer; $8,000 for an electronic billboard; $2,034 for a Facebook ad; and other disbursements.
