Mark Sanford

 reported he had receipts of $334,397 and disbursements of $90,343 from 1/1/ to 2/27, leaving $364,715 cash on hand. He raised $154,350 in itemized contributions from South Carolina contributors, and raised $48,400 from New York and $20,950 from Connecticut contributors.  David Koch (VP. Koch Industries) gave $2,500. Most of the New York and Connecticut donors were from financial firms.

Harry Limehouse

 reported he had receipts of $540,115 and disbursements of $497,458 from 1/1 to 2/27, leaving cash on hand of $42,657, and $400,000 in outstanding debts. Limehouse loaned $200,000 on 1/11 and $200,000 on 2/12. He spent $310,550 on media production; $90,893 on direct mail and $34,493 on polling.

 reported she had receipts of $318,560 and disbursements of $109,929 from 1/1 to 2/27, leaving $208,630 cash on hand, and $13,374 in debts owed. She received $18,000 from PACs, including the PACs of the Communications Workers, Electrical Workers, Longshoremen’s Assn., and Iron workers. She raised $181,513 from itemized donors in South Carolina, and 

 she had receipts of $318,560 and disbursements of $109,929 from 1/1 to 2/27, leaving $208,630 cash on hand, and $13,374 in debts owed. She received $18,000 from PACs, including the PACs of the Communications Workers, Electrical Workers, Longshoremen’s Assn., and Iron workers. She raised $181,513 from itemized donors in South Carolina, and $34,280 from New York, and

 from New York, and$19,750 from New Jersey contributors.

Larry Grooms

 reported this morning he had receipts of $323,816 and disbursements of $11,322 from 1/1/ to 2/27, leaving $208,493 cash on hand, and $100,000 in debts. Grooms loaned his campaign $100,000. The committee spent $47,091 on TV ad production and $25,693 n voter contact material.

UPATE: Robert Turner 

Robert Turner

 reported this morning he had receipts of $376,434 and disbursements of $345,257 for 1/1 to 2/27, leaving $99,179 cash on hand and $14,287 in debts. Turner gave $245,000 to his campaign. He raised $50,700 from itemized donors from South Carolina, and $32,550 from Georgia donors. Five executives of Turner Enterprises, including CEO S. Taylor Glover and CFO Robert Biebel, gave a total of $6,500. His committee spent $230,000 on commercial placement; and $35,000 on consulting services.
