From Remington Outdoor Company Inc. annual report: “A substantial amount of Remington’s business come from one “national account” customer. Approximately 16%, 15% and 12% of our total sales for the years ended December 21, 2012, 2011, and 2010, respectively, and 14% of our accounts receivable balance for both years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, were attributable to one national account, Wal-Mart. Our sales to Wal-Mart are generally not governed by a written long-term agreement. In the event that Wal-Mart significantly reduces or terminates its purchases of firearms and/or ammunition from us, our financial condition, results of operations or cash flows, could be adversely affected.”
