Tea Party Patriots Buy $35K of Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky TV Time

The Tea Party Patriots today bought $35,800 in broadcast time at WCPO-TV, the ABC affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio. The station broadcasts into parts of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Rebecca Haglin requested time from Aug. 5 through Aug. 30 to communicate a message relating to a political matter of national importance.

Jennifer Martin was listed as the group’s CEO, and Debbie Dooley was listed as CFO, according to the station’s filing with the Federal Communications Commission. Tea Party Patriots, based in Woodstock, Ga., is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization.
