Democratic Super PAC Gives $1.2 Million More to McAuliffe

A Democratic super PAC added another million dollars in support to Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe.

DGA Action, a super PAC of the Democratic Governors Association, reported it raised $788,616 and spent $1,414,978 during July, leaving $1,385,033 cash on hand as of July 31, as well as $9,705 in outstanding bills.

DGA Action reported it contributed $1,200,000 to Terry McAuliffe for Governor, D-Va., on July 25. The PAC also paid $5,821 to New Partners Consulting for in-kind research for McAuliffe’s campaign. The PAC also paid $10,000 to Michael Sheehan Associates for in-kind training for McAuliffe’s campaign.

The super PAC paid $194,509 to the Democratic Governors Association for “List acquisition.”

Earlier this year, the DGA Action super PAC had contributed $2 million to Terry McAuliffe for Governor and provided $139,543 in in-kind support.
