Her irreverent “State of the Uterus” address may be in the rearview, but satirist Lizz Winstead is already looking forward to stirring the electoral pot this fall. And she’s got a posse of high profile pals coming along for the ride.  

The co-creator of the “Daily Show” most recently yukked it up by having a felt replica of the female reproductive system give conservative lawmakers a thorough tongue lashing for attempting to impose their religious views on women. Her twist on the president’s annual State of the Union speech was the opening salvo in a battle that’s meant to rage on through the upcoming midterm elections.  

Having laid the initial groundwork for the “V to Shining V” campaign, Winstead said she intends to turn the Lady Parts Justice portal into an interactive map of places where women’s rights are being threatened by spotlighting eyebrow-raising rulemaking happening in statehouses across the country. In the meantime, she’s amassing a group of female entertainers who have committed to helping spread the word at multifaceted demonstrations scheduled to be held at six state capitals on Sept. 27.  

Winstead said she envisions a “mini Rally for Sanity,” hinting that she’d like to have comedians, live music and food trucks all in the mix.  

She does not, however, feel that converging on D.C. is imperative.  

“This is just people who live their lives … and are engaged in things in their community that are real,” she said of the grass-roots approach. An Lady Parts Justice spokeswoman confirmed that there are no plans to invade the District. “D.C. is not one of our six capitals — but we will be actively working with others to create events in additional cities,” the aide told HOH.  

Fellow celebs that have rallied to the cause include:

• actress/comedian Sarah Silverman, scheduled to appear at the rally in Concord, N.H.
• actress/director Lena Dunham, expected to produce video vignettes about what’s going in her local legislature.
• actress Natasha Lyonne, expected to produce video vignettes about what’s going in her local legislature.
• Salon.com editor Joan Walsh, scheduled to speak at rally in Wisconsin.
• actress/comedian Lea DeLaria, scheduled to appear at the rally in Harrisburg, Pa.

Meanwhile, Winstead commended fellow comics Bill Maher — who plans to devote part of the time on his HBO show to trying to unseat a House lawmaker this November via a new “flip the district ” project — Stephen Colbert and the whip-smart crew of “The Daily Show” for continuing to hold lawmakers of all stripes up to scrutiny.  

“We are not really wedded to any particular party. We’re wedded to exposing hypocrisy,” she said of the shared mission.  

As such, Winstead is not opposed to working with pols interested in aligning themselves with the “V to Shining V” push, but does not have plans to actively recruit incumbents/prospective candidates.  

“The one thing that makes it fun is being outside the Beltway,” she said of her much cherished creative freedom.
