An Arizona man has been charged with making threats against Speaker John A. Boehner over Twitter, including posting a picture of the Ohio Republican with cross hairs on his forehead, according to The Associated Press.

Ronald Dean Frazier, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., allegedly posted tweets for almost two weeks that included death threats aimed at Boehner and his wife, Debbie.

According to FBI documents obtained by the Phoenix New Times , Frazier told investigators that Boehner was a “fucking jerk” for failing to get a number of bills passed, including those relating to veterans. He also told investigators that he was “unemployed thanks to our government,” according to the Times’ report.

Frazier is the second man in as many weeks charged with threatening Boehner; last week, an Indiana man was accused of calling Debbie Boehner’s personal cellphone in April and May and leaving voice mail messages threatening the speaker.

Frazier said he did not intend to actually harm Boehner and was intoxicated when he wrote the tweets. He is scheduled to appear in court again later this month, according to The AP .
