Friday is “Bike to Work Day ” in the D.C. metro area. There will be 79 pit stops throughout D.C., Maryland and Virginia. The above photo is likely from the ’70s  and CQ Roll Call reporters are unsure of who is pictured. The physical copy in our archives had no identifying captions.
