Snow Day? S’No Problem for Pols

The weather outside can get as frightful as it would like. But Mother Nature shouldn’t count on getting over on solons fully committed to spending Thursday exactly as they see fit.

California Democrat Sam Farr hasn’t allowed the quickly accumulating white stuff deter him from hanging with Returned Peace Corps Volunteers.

Their next team building activity: plotting a non-sled related escape route off the snowy Capitol grounds. The feds may have pre-emptively called it quits, but not Rep. Marcy Kaptur.

But the follicularly minded lawmaker has made it his mission to champion hirsute heads of state.

As for New York Democrat Grace Meng, lets just say she’s weathering the storm by the flickering light of her smartphone.
