Need a little serenity now?

The oasis of enlightenment known as the Meditation Museum has taken up residence in some shiny new digs (9525 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, Md.) and starting Friday welcomes all to its grand opening.

The suburban haven plans to welcome supporters — organizers tell HOH that aides from the office of Senate hopeful Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., are expected to attend — from 6 to 9 p.m. at the updated outpost. Guests will be privy to classical dance performances from India and Japan as well as various inspirational exhibits (“Who Am I,” “Eight Spiritual Powers”), and are invited to partake in the interactive series “Listen. Emerge. Become.” being launched in conjunction with the America Meditating Radio program.
