The Jefferson Memorial is reflected in the Tidal Basin as the cherry blossom trees reach peak bloom at sunrise Sunday. See more photos on Pages 3 and 16 of today’s Roll Call. According to Photo Editor Bill Clark, the Tidal Basin was packed with photographers and tourists at sunrise.
