House GOP Considering AUMF on ISIS

At a news briefing Thursday, Speaker Paul D. Ryan said Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and House Foreign Affairs Chairman Ed Royce have begun discussions on whether to bring an Authorization for Use of Military Force against ISIS to the House floor.
