Wisconsin Lawmakers Spar Over Abortion

Rep. Sean P. Duffy, R-Wis., on Thursday hammered Democrats’ for suggesting the African-American community has been “targeted” on abortion, saying, “… no one is more hopeless and voiceless than an unborn baby.” One day later, Rep. Gwen Moore, D-Wis., gave an emotional rebuttal, defending African-Americans and slamming the “war on women’s health centers.”
