GOP Accuses Obama of Empty Words Ahead of SOTU

In a video released ahead of President Barack Obama’s final State of the Union address, the GOP House Conference totals the words in his previous addresses to Congress and says, “Mr. President, empty words aren’t going to cut it in 2016.”
