Casey: Obama Must Communicate More on ISIS Strategy

Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa., told CQ Roll Call on Tuesday that President Barack Obama must communicate more on why and how the U.S. is addressing the threat posed by the Islamic State and how it is working to prevent terrorist attacks.
