Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies Wednesday, defending President Barack Obama’s recent executive actions on gun control. Roll Call condenses the two-hour hearing into less than two minutes.
