McConnell Wants Heroin Legislation This Year

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Wednesday he hoped Congress would pass legislation combating the heroin and opioid epidemic before the end of the year. “We’re trying to craft something that we think makes a difference, but work it through the regular order process,” McConnell said.
