Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, and his wife, Anna Flores, welcomed a new son, Roman Victor Castro, this week.

The baby was born on Tuesday Castro’s district in San Antonio, weighing in at 7.5 pounds and 20.25 inches long. Roman is the couple’s second child, following sister Andrea, who turned two in December.

Uncle Julián Castro, the Housing and Urban Development secretary, replied to his twin’s tweet announcing Roman’s birth on Tuesday afternoon saying, “Proud to be an uncle again!”
