Ryan Expects Bipartisan Action on Zika

Speaker Paul D. Ryan said at a news conference Thursday he anticipates bipartisan action on the Zika virus and that talks between the Obama administration, leadership and appropriators are ongoing. “We’re getting prepared. We’re waiting for the official submission from the administration to then scrub it,” Ryan said.
