Ryan: WH Has ‘More Work to Do’ on TPP

Speaker Paul D. Ryan said Thursday he doesn’t believe the votes exist in the House to pass Trans-Pacific Partnership and the administration has more work to do before Congress would consider it. “There are enough concerns that I don’t know there’s a majority support for it,” Ryan said.
