Donald Trump will meet with the House Republican Conference on July 7, a chance for the GOP rank and file to confer with the party’s presumptive nominee, Conference Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers announced Tuesday morning, one of her aides confirmed.

After Trump gathered with House leadership in May , members asked for an opportunity to meet with business mogul before the convention. The July date was the first that worked with everyone’s schedules, the aide said.
