White House: Ryan’s Flint Funding Stance ‘Ironic’

As negotiations continue over whether to include emergency funding for the water crisis in Flint, Mich., in the stopgap spending bill, White House press secretary Josh Earnest weighed in on Speaker Paul D. Ryan’s statements that it be included in another bill. The two each spoke about the issue in separate news conferences on Tuesday.
