With the District of Columbia having voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton on Election Day, Roll Call’s Heard on the Hill reporter Alex Gangitano checked in on D.C. residents and tourists to the capital city to see how they were handling Donald Trump’s stunning upset of the former secretary of State.
