Watch Speaker Ryan’s Press Conference After Canceling Health Care Vote

After a tumultuous week of negotiations, the House canceled a scheduled vote on the Republican billto partially repeal and replace the 2010 health care law Friday afternoon. Speaker Paul D. Ryan held a press conference shortly afterward, discussing the bill’s inability to garner enough votes and the GOP’s “growing pains” of going from opposition party to governing.
