4 Arrests After Pot ‘Smoke In’ on Capitol Lawn

Four demonstrators with the pro-marijuana group DCMJ were arrested after lighting up joints on the Capitol lawn Monday afternoon, several days after a 4/20 event nearby that lead to seven arrests. Roll Call’s Heard on the Hill reporter Alex Gangitano was at the scene.
