A famine food truck is working to spread awareness on Capitol Hill and D.C. about President Donald Trump’s proposed budget’s cuts to foreign aid. The president’s first full fiscal year budget request, out Tuesday, cuts the State-Foreign Operations budget by 320.000000rom current levels — the largest difference of all the departments and agencies.
