Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., go back and forth on the chamber floor today arguing over the GOP health care bill’s process through the Senate. It was unveiled on Thursday, hasn’t been marked up in committee and is set to be voted upon next week before the July 4 recess.
