McConnell Postpones August Recess Amid Health Care Woes

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday that the Senate would postpone its August recess by two weeks. The postponement comes as Republicans in the Senate are working on their bill that would repeal and replace the 2010 health care law.
