After the Senate narrowly passed a motion to proceed on a bill to dismantle the 2010 health care law on Tuesday, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer spoke about health care on the floor to tee-up Wednesday’s debate. See the video for their opening remarks.
