Highlights From the Bipartisan Tennis Classic

On Thursday, after the House passed its first appropriations measures on the floor — and while the Senate was just beginning its long night of health care debate — a handful of representatives escaped the Hill for an evening of good-natured competition in a series of tennis matches.
