Carper Flies Drone, Rides a Quadski at August Recess Lab Visit

Sen. Thomas R. Carper, D-Del., visited a robotics lab at the University of Delaware’s Lewes campus during August recess. He spoke to students, interns and faculty, posed for a drone “selfie,” and played with augmented reality sand. This is the first report in an occasional series this recess where Roll Call visits members in their districts and shadows some of their daily activities.
