Rep. Dave Brat, R-Va., joined teachers, parents, and students from Goochland Middle School in Goochland, Virginia, for the solar eclipse Monday. Roll Call joined him for the viewing and to talk about how he’s spending his recess and other issues dominating headlines this month. This is the third report in an occasional series this recess where Roll Call visits members in their districts and shadows some of their daily activities.
