Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Va., spent a day during August recess at an assisted living facility, a fire station, and a county administration building. Roll Call joined him for the day and to talk about how he’s adjusting to life in D.C. and how his recess is going. This is the fourth report in an occasional series this recess where Roll Call visits members in their districts and shadows some of their daily activities.
