Eleven senators, including Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Sens. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.; Cory Booker, D-N.J., and Kamala Harris, D-Calif., participated in a rally to oppose the Graham-Cassidy plan. The proposal would repeal the Affordable Care Act.
