7 Years of Republican Efforts to Repeal and Replace Obamacare

The latest GOP plan to repeal and replace Obamacare — which was known as Graham-Cassidy — was placed on ice this week after several of the party’s own members said they would not vote for it. In this decade, Republicans have voted to repeal all or portions of the law dozens of times. Watch Roll Call’s recap of those efforts.
